Authenticity

Every piece is handled and signed by the artist

With your purchase, you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity that details the printing method, date, materials, and other pertinant information. Hold on to that piece of paper while you enjoy your artwork! Nathan's artwork is only available through this website, personal visits, or gallery exhibitions containing his work. In addition to creating this original artwork, he has supervised the production of every piece to make sure it meets his exacting criteria.

Turnaround Time

How long will I have to wait to get my art?

Existing exhibition pieces will be shipped out in 2-3 business days, assuming they are not currently being shown in a gallery. Open edition prints will be shipped out in 1-5 business days, depending on the size of the print (smaller sizes are printed in the artist's studio, while larger sizes are sent to local fine art printers and thus will be somewhat subject to their availability.)

Shipping Information

How will I receive the art? What is done to ensure its safety?

If you purchase a signed, open edition, unframed art print, you will receive the print via FedEx Express, rolled in a tube with an additional piece of paper to protect the surface of the print. The print will be insured while in transit. Lightjet prints are relatively durable, and inkjet prints are made more durable with an archival, sprayed-on protective coating. Exhibition pieces that are already framed will be professionally packaged and insured. Nathan has experience shipping his artwork around the country to various exhibitions, so you won't have to worry about the work arriving damaged! In the rare case that something happens to the artwork in transit, you may ship it back to Nathan and exchange it, or receive your money back (minus shipping costs). You may also choose to pick up your piece in person.

Longevity and Quality

How long will the art last? What do I need to do to protect my investment?

The prints are produced with archival quality inks and papers, which produce prints of superior quality that will last for many decades under normal circumstances. Nathan suggests that you frame your print under acrylic or glass, and keep it out of direct sunlight. If you're looking for a particular size print that's not listed, or you would like a quote for matting and/or framing an art print, please email Nathan. If you are located in Florida, you will be charged sales tax on your purchase.

Although Nathan has gone to great lengths to accurately portray his artwork on this website and in additional materials you may download from this website, he cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your monitor are an accurate representation of what you will see in print. There is too much variability between monitors! Also, Nathan does his best to adhere to the turnaround times specified on this website, but extenuating circumstances may increase these times.
